CSSP provide the software products, but also train, support and develop to meet user needs. Please contact CSSP for various options for installation, training and support, for all products.
All CSSP products can either be installed by your IT department or by CSSP either in-house of remotely. They are all installed and configures to meet your IT department's requirements and set up ready to use.
A range of training options are available; depending on the product purchased. With training ranging from half days and up to three days. Training is normally carried out on site with the user's computer or alternatively by remote training session online.
Additional training can be purchased at any time. Please contact your local CSSP office for current arrangements and charges. CSSP provide qualified surveyors and engineers with years of experience in CSSP software to install, setup, advise and support users.
Support is normally 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday via the Bromley office. However, if necessary additional hours can be accommodated under pre-arranged circumstances.
In addition to normal CSSP UK office hours, the Australian office can be contacted in relation to Eclipse. Any requests for RIPAC, EES or Eclipse support should be sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
