RIPAC
The system for building pre contract bill preparation and post contract administration.
RIPAC ESTIMATING MODULE
The RIPAC Estimating module is the Estimating and Cost Planning software for Construction Professionals. It is based upon Users or Proprietory cost information allowing consolidation of various estimating methodologies and progressive refinement of data.
RIPAC PRE CONTRACT MODULE
The Ripac Pre Contract module provides for measurement, bill production, pre-tender estimates and tender analysis. Work orders and term contract administration are included.
CUT & FILL
The Cut & Fill system calculates the volumes of excavation and filling required across a site based on existing ground levels and proposed variable formation levels.
DimensionX
DimensionX allows measurement direct from electronic drawings into RIPAC, from DWG, DWF and DXF drawing files, or from PDF, BMP, JPG, GIF and other image files.
WLC
This module is based on the users own hierarchical cost structures, optionally including the construction costs direct from the RIPAC cost plan, and all other required Whole Life Costs. The Alternatives, their components and their events over the whole life are then easily allocated, producing the reports and comparisons essential for WLC and FM.
RIPAC POST CONTRACT MODULE
The Ripac Post Contract Module provides for Valuations (or Interim Applications), Variations, Cost Reports, Remeasure and Final Accounts.
CASHFLOW
The Cashflow system provides predicted cash flow based upon various supplied expenditure profiles, or upon user defined profiles. The cashflow reflects the contract sum and milestone dates, project calendar, retention, escalation, defects liability lag and lump sum payments.
BRIDGE
The BRIDGE Interface module of RIPAC provides another means of electronic tendering, which eliminates the need for users to key in rates from numerous contractors before tender analysis can be performed by computer. This module allows users to export a reduced set of information from a project database to send to tendering contractors.
ICEPAC
ICEPAC is a joint venture with Thomas Telford Limited to supply software with similar functionality to RIPAC.
EES
EES is CSSPs Estimating solution for the engineering sector, particularly within the Water Industry.
