INSTALLATION

Installation of CSSP software is carried out prior to training by qualified and experienced CSSP staff.

Normal installations are quite simple and straightforward, however network configuration and structures may need additional assistance, either from CSSP or client IT departments.

CSSP software runs on any version of Microsoft Windows including the latest XP and Vista, and our users are also optionally reaping the benefits of using CSSP software with Citrix, providing high performance remote access to the centralised database over low bandwidth communications.

TRAINING

A range of training options are available, depending on the product purchased.

Each product includes training within the purchase price, ranging from 1/2 day to 3 days.

Training is normally carried out on site with the user's computer, however training can be carried out at any of CSSP's offices.

Additional training can be purchased at any time, please contact your local CSSP office for current arrangements and charges.

CSSP provide qualified surveyors and engineers with years of experience in CSSP software to install, set-up, train, advise and support users. CSSP staff can assist with coding structures and the required statistical manipulation.

SUPPORT

Support is normally 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, via your local CSSP office, however, if necessary additional hours can be accommodated under pre-arranged circumstances.

As CSSP is a world-wide company, any office can be contacted, who will try to deal with any problem if the local office is not currently manned due to out of hours requirements or local holidays.
