CASHFLOW

Construction Project Cash Flow projection Module

The Cashflow system provides predicted cash flow based upon various supplied expenditure profiles, or upon user defined profiles. The cashflow reflects the contract sum and milestone dates, project calendar, retention, escalation, retention release dates and lump sum payments.

The cash flow can be presented in tabular format or graphically for one, multiple or all contracts within a project and by monthly, quarterly or yearly periods.

Graphics

User definable graphing allows 2D or 3D S-Curve or Histogram graphs to be produced.
